1. Booking & Payment
Tours can be booked online, via phone, or in person.
A full payment or a minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm a booking.
Any remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins.
Prices include applicable taxes, entrance fees, transportation, and guide services (as stated in the package).
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:
More than 72 hours before departure: 100% refund (minus admin fees).
24–72 hours before departure: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund.
Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
3. Liability & Risk
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.
The tour operator is not liable for personal loss, accidents, delays, or damage to personal belongings.
Participants are advised to keep their valuables safe at all times.
4. Tour Conditions
Tours will proceed according to the agreed schedule. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may experience reduced tour time or schedule changes.
In the event of force majeure (e.g., bad weather, natural disasters, technical issues), the operator reserves the right to alter or cancel the tour with prior notice to participants.
Rescheduling or compensation will be arranged where possible under such circumstances.
5. Participant Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow local customs and laws.
The operator reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, dangerously, or disruptively — without refund.
6. Insurance
Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly stated in the package.
Participants are strongly advised to arrange their own travel or health insurance.
7. Children and Elderly Policy
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Elderly participants are advised to ensure they are in good physical condition to join the tour.
